The exhibition Yatvings. The Forgotten Warriors opened on 15 December 2015 in the State Archaeological Museum in Warsaw. The welcoming address was given by Wojciech Brzeziński, the Museum Director, followed by a brief report from Anna Bitner-Wróblewska, coordinator of the Archaeology of Yatvings project and Martin Gollwitzer from the Vest Agder Regional Council on the progress of the Polish-Norwegian cooperation within the Project and on plans to show the exhibition in Norway. Next the guests were taken on a tour of the exhibition by its Curator, Marcin Engel who presented an overview of the history of the belligerent tribe of the Yatvings. Among the guests present at the opening of the exhibition were some members of the Polish-Norwegian Association. The exhibition was on display at the State Archaeological Museum in Warsaw until 28 February 2016.
